Symposium registration fees cover admission to all sessions, lunche-ons, coffee breaks, social events, and Symposium proceedings (electronic).

Refund policy: there is a 100€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be possible after July 1st, 2022. Substitutions will be accepted till the first day of the Symposium.
