As a first step, you will have to fill-in a pre-registration page and to click next to send information to our server.
Once your pre-registration is validated (manual process so allow 24 hours), you will receive a notification and a clickable link to advance in your registration.

Symposium advance registration applies if participant is registered and the payment is received by March, 6th, 2015.

Symposium registration fees cover admission to all sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, social events, and Symposium proceedings (paper and electronic).

Refund policy: there is a 100€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be possible after April 17th, 2015. Substitutions will be accepted till the first day of the Symposium.
